The Small Business Programs 2 edition is a collection of software modules dedicated to various aspects of business operations which can be integrated into a single business system. It is a direct continuation of the Small Business Programs 1 Edition which has been the best-seller on the market for several years. Areas of business covered by MPP are:

Flexibility of the program

The HR management software uses a template to define personal data scope, positions, and organizational structure. The templates can be used to generate the way the data is displayed and accessed. Changes are possible even after the initial implementation.

The templates are also used in the area pertaining to documents. Besides the predefined set of documents, the end-user has the possibility of creating personal templates for current documents or completely new ones.

The software contains a set of predefined reports and tools needed for work with data and creation of “ad hoc” reporting. Besides these, the user can request additional reports per business needs. These can be requested any time, before or after the implementation of the software.

Actions are options that mean either group data processing or the type of processing consist of simple operations/steps executed in a particular sequence. Some actions are predefined and can be distributed with the basic program, but they can be extended per users’ requests for additional actions or sets of these.
